What should I do if I am feeling highly anxious and/or down?

Please seek help from a health practitioner immediately if you are feeling extremely down, anxious, unsafe or generally need urgent help and support for your mental wellness needs. Monmude’s InnerFuel program or single products are not designed to replace trained and experienced medical professionals.

Why hasn't my doctor mentioned better nutrition for my mental wellbeing?

Unfortunately, doctors don't tend to receive in-depth nutritional education throughout their careers. In fact, a recent UK study found that most doctors felt their nutrition training was inadequate, with >70% reporting less than 2 hours. They cited lack of knowledge, time and confidence as key reasons for not providing nutritional guidance to patients.

Are Monmude products safe if I have a medical condition?

Please consult a doctor if you’re taking prescription medications or have any health conditions before starting a new diet or supplement program.

Are Monmude products safe alongside prescription medication?

If you are on any prescription medication (such as, but not limited to Warfarin and/or antidepressants or antipsychotics) please talk with your practitioner about taking Monmude.

Can I take Monmude while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult with your doctor or healthcare professional before starting a new diet or supplement program.

Does taking Monmude Supplements replace the need for a varied diet and balanced lifestyle?

Supplements are not designed to replace a healthy diet. Instead, they ‘supplement’ a good intake of nutrients through your food. We always recommend a healthy, balanced diet full of nutrients alongside an active lifestyle.

How quickly will I see results?

Your individual response will depend on many factors (lifestyle, diet, severity of symptoms etc) but generally speaking it recommended to take our products for at least 3 months to provide you with the desired benefits. In saying that, some of the ingredients we use are faster acting and you should start to notice a positive difference within the first few weeks. Please remember everyone is different and a consistent daily supplement routine is absolutely critical.

I've tried meditation, yoga, diet change but nothing's worked. Why is Monmude different?

Are your products safe?

Yes. All our nutrients follow strict regulations around maximum ingredient dosege and are obtained from suppliers who are registered and follow GMP compliance which ensures the production of safe and good quality food supplements. We even 3rd party test our Omega 3 Fish Oil for heavy metals right here in Singapore to ensure they are of the purist quality.

Can I take Monmude products with other supplements?

It depends on what the other supplements are. As a general guide, Monmude's InnerFuel Starter Kit is an effective replacement for traditional multivitamins, B-complex, adaptogens, omega-3 and probiotic supplements - unless otherwise specified by your healthcare practitioner. If you are in any doubt, please speak with your healthcare professional.

Why is my urine yellow after taking BioactiveB+?

This is normal and nothing to worry about. It is caused by Riboflavin (P5P) and vitamin B12 and is just a harmless sign that your body may not need the full dose. It simply gets rid of any excess in your urine.

My Monmude capsules have changed colour, is this normal?

Yes. There are lots of natural ingredients in our supplements which can have natural variations in colour and shade.

Where do I store my Monmude supplements?

We find it is easiest to store all 3 of our products in the fridge. Not only does it look nice, it helps you form a daily routine with a visual reminder.

In saying that, below is some more detail about each product.

Advanced De-Stress: Best to store in a dark and cool place, below 25 degrees celsius. This is easier said than done in Singapore - especially with the humidity! So even though it’s not standard practice to store multivitamins in the fridge, it it the lesser of two evils. A wine fridge would be even better.

Gut & Sleep Restore: Store refrigerated in a normal fridge or wine fridge. In saying that, if you are travelling, a few days out of the fridge here and there will not harm the integrity of the ingredients.

Brain Essentials Fish Oil: Store refrigerated in a normal fridge or wine fridge. You may store it in a cool dark place below 25 degrees celsius but we find that in Singapore humidity and heat, the fridge is best.

Our manufacturing partners have been hand selected based on their transparency, quality of ingredients sourcing and regulatory compliance.

Advanced De-Stress: Made in the UK by our HACCP and GMP accredited partners. They have been manufactured in a ISO Class 8 cleanroom which is one class higher than necessary for supplement manufacturing.

Gut and Sleep Restore: Made in the UK by our HACCP and GMP accredited partners. They have been manufactured in a ISO Class 8 cleanroom which is one class higher than necessary for supplement manufacturing.Probiotic strains sourced from an Italian-based global leader in the biotech industry, known for their microbiome innovation.

Brain Essentials Fish Oil: Made from Pure Peruvian Anchovy selected due to small fish being much lower in concentrated impurities like mercury.Sourced directly from The Netherlands under the European Food Safety Authority from a FSSC 22000 certified facility. Encapsulated in China by our partner who is Friend Of The Sea Certified - the only sustainable fisheries certification process recognised and supervised globally by a National Accreditation Body.

Are Monmude formulas GMO-free?

Yes. All of our formulas are GMO-free.

Are Monmude formulas vegan-friendly?

Our BioactiveB+ Advanced De-Stress and Psychobiotic+ Gut & Sleep Restore are both vegan but our Omega-3 Fish Oil is not vegan. Our fish oil is sourced from pure Peruvian anchovies so we can achieve the higher dose of EPA & DHA content that is needed to target mental wellness. Whilst we are looking into vegan Omega-3 sources like Algae Omega-3, it is currently not possible for us to offer the same potency of EPA / DHA from such a source.

What is your 30-day risk free guarantee?

Email care@monmude.com within 30 days of receipt and we’ll make things right through a refund, store credit, or product replacement, depending on the circumstances. Once a request is made, we will ask for a brief explanation as to why you feel our product didn’t suit you.This step allows us to better understand your needs and to clarify any misunderstanding that may have arisen about our product(s). Once your request is approved, the refund is calculated as the total amount you paid minus shipping & handling.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for holidays. The preparation of your parcel starts as soon as your order is confirmed. Delivery timeframes is usually 3-4 business days from when your order is placed.
